About Us

We bring together leaders from the public and private sector to work towards a future where all Atlanta children thrive.

See Our Impact

Mission

To improve outcomes for Atlanta’s children ages birth through five, we develop partnerships to secure commitments from Atlanta’s leaders in government, education, community, and business sectors.

Vision

Atlanta’s families have what they need to ensure children are healthy, learning, developing, and entering school ready to thrive, succeed, and reach their full potential.

Origin

PAACT was created by the Atlanta Early Education Leadership Council, which was convened by GEEARS in 2018. The Leadership Council consisted of leaders from both public and private sectors, including local government, state agencies, and business, faith, health, philanthropic, and early education communities. Together, this group developed a shared vision, bold yet actionable strategies, and the city-wide commitment needed to “make the PAACT” and work toward an Atlanta in which all children can reach their full potential.
