Makhia Williams

As the PAACT Communications Associate, Makhia is a member of the GEEARS communications team and PAACT: Promise All Atlanta Children Thrive. A native of the Rome/Summerville area, Makhia graduated from Berry College in May with a communications/media studies degree. Since joining the team, Makhia has been diving into PAACT’s social media landscape, working on a website overhaul, and getting to know members of PAACT’s vast network of child care providers. She brought with her a favorite college-era sanity-saving practice: yoga and meditation.
